Who Are These Classes For?
Everyone - join a beginner's class if you are new to Strength Training or any of the other classes if you have completed a Strength Club or have trained elsewhere.

These focused sessions use barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements to help you lift safely and effectively — with expert coaching to guide your progress every step of the way.

Our Conditioning Classes are high-energy, full-body workouts designed to boost your fitness, stamina, and mental resilience. Using a dynamic mix of kettlebells, ergs (row, ski, bike), and bodyweight movements, each session is varied, challenging, and seriously fun.
Many workouts are partner or team-based, helping to build a strong sense of community and support — because pushing through a tough session is always better together.

Max 4 Women per Group
This class is all about building strength, confidence, and community in a supportive, no-pressure space. No mirrors, no judgment — just women showing up for themselves and each other (and yes, lifting each other up — physically and emotionally!).
You’ll learn to lift safely and effectively, no matter where you’re starting from — and we’ll have a lot of fun doing it.

✅ Consistency beats intensity. Training twice a week gives your body enough stimulus to get stronger, without overwhelming your schedule.
✅ Better results, faster. You’ll build strength, muscle tone, and confidence more effectively when your body gets regular exposure to lifting — once a week helps you maintain, but twice a week helps you progress.
✅ It sticks. When you move your body regularly, lifting becomes part of your routine — not another thing to “fit in.”
✅Recovery friendly. With 2 sessions spaced through the week, you get enough time to rest, recover, and feel great going into each session.
That’s exactly why I offer a Double Strength option —💥 2 sessions per week for £10 per class (£140 for 7 weeks)
