Live Online Classes
Sixty minutes of certainty in your day. A well balanced class, starting with an extensive warm up, including some mobility work and ending with at least five minutes of stretching. The rest of the class is split between strength and stamina. No equipment required. All fitness levels welcome.
HH Training Live Classes are on hold at the moment while Hannah is on maternity leave but we have a bank of hundreds of recordings now. If you are interested in a programme of recordings please get in touch - firstname.lastname@example.org
